SUMMARY:

The present study is entitled: “You are beautiful, of enchanting beauty. impoverished your plans": Our Lady of Grace Festival: Identities and Knowledge in the Atodi Indigenous Community in Santarém-PA”. This research aims to discuss how identities and knowledge are expressed in the festival of Our Lady of Grace. In order to a better understanding of the phenomenon being researched, it is necessary to study the process of ethnogenesis, as this is directly linked to the process of formation and transformation of indigenous of indigenous identities that occur over time. Therefore, in order to investigate the identities and knowledge of the Atodi village in the Festival of Our Lady of Grace, it is fundamental to emphasize that that this research is suitable for qualitative research with ethnographic elements. ethnographic elements.
