Audiovisual production of reading in school education and aesthetic training

The current work is entitled AUDIOVISUAL READING PRODUCTION IN SCHOOL EDUCATION AND AESTHETIC TRAINING aims to develop a pedagogical approach to literary reading based on audiovisual resources in which it is possible to operate with aesthetic resources of visuality, sound and linguistic aspects that make the literary text, and check how the videos were received by the children. The productions were applied to a 6th year class, a year that has great importance in children's school lives, as it represents a change in the teaching model, in the relationship with teachers, the subjects become independent. To this end, studies were carried out regarding aesthetics, aesthetic training, reading literature, the school space as a place to provide enjoyment, the aesthetic components in audiovisual production. Bibliographical research supported the selection, analysis of texts, creation of videos, a report was made explaining how each step was taken: why the choices of books? What were the criteria used? How the video was produced, what adjustments were made. “According to the colleague who applied the audiovisual production” The first results point to some changes in the reception of reading by children: greater attention when reading; concentration on audiovisual exposure; more curiosities and questions in Portuguese language classes, awakening new visions and interpretations.
