The CAPES-GRADUATE PROGRAM COMPANY, NATURE AND DEVELOPMENT (PPGSND), approved by CAPES in March 2012, is part of the CACiamb / Capes Environmental Sciences assessment area. This program aims to provide a theoretical and methodological basis for integrating the knowledge of different areas of science, to understand the complexity of socio-environmental problems in the processes of sustainable development, and to establish networks of thematic research intra and interinstitutionally, aiming at complementarity in the understanding of complex phenomena related Objectives of building sustainability.
