RESUMO:

The genus Dipteryx belongs to the Fabaceae family, with neotropical trees originating in Central and South American countries. Among the species of this genus, Dipteryx odorata (Aubl.) Willd. has historically been the commercialization of its seeds and extraction of coumarin, the main active compound used to flavor tobacco pipes. The species Dipteryx punctata (Blake) Amsh., Lacks studies that detail its botanical description, phytochemical composition and biological activities. In this sense, the objective of this work is to evaluate the chemical profile of extracts of leaves, branches and fruits (residues and seeds), and oils of seeds of D. punctata, as well as its antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal activities. Biometric parameters were evaluated in the fruits. The extracts were obtained using the Soxhlet apparatus, having as solvent 96% ethanol, with total duration of eight hours, calculating yield at the end. For extractions of the oils from the seeds and isolation of coumarin, extractions will be carried out via maceration. The chemical analyzes are performed by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Physico-chemical tests will be performed on the oils and the toxicity of extracts, oils and fractions will be checked. The antioxidant activity of extracts, oils and fractions are being performed using the free radical capture method with 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and the analysis of phenolic and flavonoid compounds. In the antifungal assays, the extracts were tested in concentrations: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% (p:v), added in potato-dextrose-agar medium (PDA), on the phytopathogen Colletotrichum musae isolated from banana fruits The control consisted in the growth of the fungus only in PDA medium. The experiments were in a completely randomized design (CRD), in a factorial scheme, with four replications. The evaluations were performed by measuring the mean diameter of the colonies daily, until the controls occupied the entire plaque. The means of the treatments were compared by the Tukey test at 5% probability. The microbiological test for Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) will be performed according to the recommendations of the M7-A6 protocol for bacteria. The highest yields were obtained in the residues and seeds of the fruits. Leaf extracts, branches, residues and seeds presented the main classes of compounds evaluated by TLC, including the presence of coumarin. Extracts of fruit residues of D. punctata provided the greatest reductions in the mycelial growth of C. musae.
