SUMMARY:
The School Health Program (PSE) is the result of an inter-ministerial partnership (MEC/MS) that aims to expand health actions for students in the Basic Public Education Network. This study aims to analyze the PSE implementation process in the municipality of Altamira/Pará and its impacts on improving the quality of life of these students, based on their actions, having as parameters SDGs 3 and 4 of the 2030 Agenda and the Index indicators of Social Progress (IPS) Amazon 2018 of this region. The research will be in the municipality of Altamira, in schools and health units participating in the Program. The target audience will be education and health professionals and students participating in the PSE in 2021 to 2022. It is intended to deepen the PSE, especially its impacts on quality of life and the environment. The collected data will be treated with the content analysis technique of Bardin (2011), adopting data triangulation, being treated through the N Vivo software. The aim of this research is to deepen and disseminate scientific knowledge about the Health at School Program, studying in depth how it works in the municipality of Altamira, in this way, to understand how this intersectoral public policy can lead to an improvement in the quality of life of students.
