The research deals with the monitoring of the graduates of 2015-2019, with PPGE / UFOPA, through a mapping of information regarding the personal, academic and professional profile of the graduate, with a view to obtaining subsidies for the elaboration of a proposal for a model of education system. institutional follow-up. We assume the qualitative methodology, with the characteristics of a case study, and quantitative methods, as we understand that quantification will be used both in the collection of information and in the treatment of them by means of statistical techniques. To this end, the documentary analysis of the legislation that regulates SINAES, CAPES documents regarding the PNPGs and the UFOPA Institutional Evaluation Report, as well as documentary analysis of the graduates, through documents obtained by the Program secretariat, from the Platform Curriculum, were sought. Lattes and Sucupira. The responses obtained through the online electronic questionnaire, sent by e-mail to the 129 graduates of the course by the Program Secretariat, under the responsibility of the Monitoring Committee for graduates from PPGE / UFOPA, from March to August 2020, were analyzed. containing open and closed questions, as well as alternative closed answer questions, according to the Likert scale. Of these 129 e-mails sent, 89 returns were obtained, becoming part of the study sample, adopting the content analysis of Bardin (2011) for the treatment of the data. The construction of the theoretical basis was supported by Simon and Pacheco (2017), Mota (2014), Dias (2016), Assis Junior (2017), Coelho e Silva (2017), Maccari and Teixeira (2014), Teixeira (2015) , Nobre (2018), Machado (2010), Oliveira (2014), Sanchez (2019) among others, dialoguing with the data from the PPGE / UFOPA questionnaire (2020), reports from the CAPES Education area, information from the websites of PPGE recommended in the country, and with the legal normative framework of the study. The results reveal that there were significant impacts of this training on the personal and professional lives of the graduates, the data show that the predominance of the graduates is of the feminine gender with 77% of the respondents, with age group (80%) between 30 to 49 years. When it comes to academic training, we have that most of them come from the Education area with 78% of the graduates, and that 84% had already studied Specialization before the Master, with the greatest predominance in the Education area with 97% of the respondents. Of the participating graduates, 49% worked as teachers before entering the graduate program. The academic and research career was the main reason for joining PPGE (77%) and 81% say that the knowledge acquired was very satisfactory for professional training, with “Human Formation” and “Integral” as a highlight. Still, 85% announce that there were positive impacts for the Amazon educational environment, both in terms of academic production and professional qualification. It is expected that this study will contribute to an important aspect of the evaluation of Stricto Sensu postgraduate courses in education, which is to foster updated information from its graduates in order to compose assessment subsidies to guarantee the quality of this continuing education in Brazil and its impact on local, regional and national contexts.
