SUMMARY:

This work aims the early childhood education and has as objective evaluate the planning of education acts of children development and learning. For the planning of pedagogic practice, looking for de efficiency of the actions, there is a necessity of some basic factors, as the strategies, simply and effective, and the final state of what is wanted for the work. Based on the historical-cultural theory of an assumption that the man in the constitution and development is made about the relationship with another one, the school has an important function when offer, arrange and implements actions and activities for the children development. This study shows how the planning of early childhood education is an important step in all the process of development and learning and the participation of the teacher as the person who do the planning and application of pedagogic actions. The research was made with general objective of evaluate how the planning of pedagogic actions developed for a teacher of an early childhood class in a city of Santarém – PA. More specific, the objectives were observe of what conceptions guide the teacher’s work in the process; verify what elements the teacher uses for planning the actions (legislation, graduation, co-work, and orientation of the education institute or the Secretaria Municipal de Educação – SEMED)   and analyses if the planning and application of pedagogic actions generate the expected results. This study is based in ideas of Vigotiski (1996), Lentiev (1978), Menegolla e Sant’Anna (2003), Ostetto (2000) and etc. The realization of this study was made with research in the Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações – BDTD, about publications between 2010 and 2019. Also with the observation and questioning of a teacher of an early childhood class in a city of the state of Santarém-PA. As the results, the planning of pedagogic actions in early childhood education is a real challenging and some teachers were hesitating about it, when the planning was made, but only for burocratic purposes. Nevertheless, it was observed that the comprehension of that the planning is essential in any moment of life, is essential to apply in the education too, this includes the early childhood education, as the pedagogic actions has a high impact in the development of the children. In conclusion, the activities are only effective if it has been knowingly planned, applied, observed and replanned for the teacher, always with the same objective, the development and learning of the children in class.
