RESUMO:

This paper aims to investigate how the Integrated Teaching Activities (reading, writing, speaking, linguistic reflection) can resize the practice of teaching genres in the Portuguese language, in elementary school, taking into consideration that these didactic actions can contribute to dynamize the discursive capacity of students, extrapolate the context of the classroom and gain a social dimension from the perspective of literacy. The theoretical bases that support this work are based on the assumptions of Marcuschi (2005, 2008), Koch (2003, 2004, 2006, 2008), Koch and Elias (2009a, 2009 b), Bakhtin (2006, 2010 a, 2010b, 2016a , 2016b, 2017) and Moura (2016, 2017, 2018). For the authors, language is a constant process of interaction mediated by dialogue and not just as an autonomous system. Integrated Teaching Activities, in the way that their methodologies are effective, contribute to the autonomy of the student in relation to the production and understanding of genres and to their formation as a responsive subject. The corpus under analysis consists of oral and written texts from a class of 30 students from the 6th grade of elementary school, from a public / private school located in the urban area of Santarém-Pará, as well as texts used by the class teacher. The activities that the teacher developed were described and analyzed, taking into account their social development, what the student does from textual reading, what social practices are performed and what leads them to perform these practices. For the description of the activities, the following discursive genres were used: reportage, interview, agricultural calendar and recipe, from a single theme, the oleifera moringa. The preliminary results of this research, currently underway, show that the studied genres collaborate effectively, so that students study the language more properly and autonomously and with possible social actions that will change their realities. The elaborated Integrated Teaching Activities aim at the formation of responsive subjects, this means that the listener receives and understands the linguistic significance of the discourse in question and adopts, towards this discourse, an active responsive attitude, agreeing or disagreeing with what is put or still complementing, adapting, rewriting what was said. The responsive attitude makes the listener a subject in constant elaboration during the process of listening and understanding speech. What is important when working on all these activities is the critical formation of the students, the preparation as thinking and active citizens in society, able to understand the language, question it, create it and recreate it.
