THE CHRONICLE TEACHING IN PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE PORTUGUESE OLYMPIC

This participatory and qualitative research is linked to the Study, Research and Intervention Group on reading, writing and literature at the Lelit School of the Federal University of Western Pará - Ufopa. It aims to verify how, considering the contemporary pedagogical parameters in which the teacher is protagonist of the teaching process, produce didactic-pedagogical proposals that allow the student's linguistic and aesthetic literary intellectual development through the work with the chronicle. Considering the importance of the Portuguese Language Olympics - OLP, as it is a national program, a reference in the work with gender teaching and, in this case, having the chronicle as an articulating element of language teaching, we organized an intervention plan. with the Didactic Sequences -SDs proposed by the PLO program Writing the future, in the teacher's notebook: The occasion makes the writer. The intervention was developed in an 8th grade elementary school class, from a public school in Belterra-PA, from April to August 2019. The research consists of an analysis of the path taken in the intervention work, of the program presentation workshop. , from reading and writing works to choosing the text to represent the school in the event, aiming to understand, among other things, what one learns, when and under what school conditions one learns to produce texts such as the chronicle.
