THE PLACE WHERE I LIVE ”IN DOCUMENTARIES: PLO AND MULTILETERINGS IN LANGUAGE TEACHING

The present work brings a pedagogical experience developed with students of the second year of high school, in Portuguese Language Teaching. It had the objective of dialoguing with the Portuguese Language Olympiad, in an intervention that aims to analyze how a proposal, based on the exploration of multimodal and dialogical aspects, can contribute to the intellectual training of students from Portuguese Language classes. Thus, as a qualitative research, characterized as action research, it was applied, registered and examined the results of the proposal offered by the PLO to carry out a specific text activity, such as audiovisual documentaries, accompanied by a project written, consisting of three parts (Synopsis, script and script). For theoretical support, Freire (2015) was used in his Pedagogy of Autonomy; the dialogical perspective of Bakhtin's language (2011, 2013, 2016); as well as, contributions from authors such as: Marcuschi (2011, 2008) on discursive textual genres; de Rojo (2011, 2012, 2019), Dionísio (2011) and Kleiman (1995) on Literacy and Multilanguages, since the genre under study is involved in this sphere of new technologies and, therefore, meets the perspective of Multilanguages . The dissertation is under construction, as well as the results.
