RESUMO:

In the search for a school education without disabilities, homogenized, standardized and “for all”, the government instituted in 2017, the National Common Curricular Base / BNCC that will guide the teaching and learning process throughout the country. BNCC is a law, has a normative character and is implemented as a reference for educational systems in the context of curricular training and as an evaluation parameter. In the area of languages, the BNCC ratifies the guidelines outlined by the PCNs and establishes itself as a reference for curricular training. Assumes the conception of language as a form of action and interaction in the world, with a subject constituted by language practices, capable of “doing and know how to do". The text presented to the qualification seeks to answer the following question: “How does textual production emerge or is understood in the National Common Curricular Base / BNCC, what contributions and implications of this conception for the organization of Portuguese language teaching in Elementary Education and for the effective classroom practice?” The dissertation is of a documentary nature and is organized in four sections; the first called “Education, school and teaching of the Portuguese language”, in which I outline these linguistic and educational conceptions, issues of teaching the Portuguese language school and the conception of text; the second, entitled “The teaching of Portuguese Language suggested by the BNCC” - a descriptive analysis of the BNCC, its composition, concepts, language practices and fields of activity in which the teaching of Portuguese language is proposed for the 6th to 9th elementary school years, as well as, the understanding and the debate about the textual production that is disseminated in the Base and in the pedagogical scenario; and the third, “Teaching practice and BNCC” in which I analyze the Portuguese language descriptors from the 6th to the 9th years associated with my classroom practice, in the textual production axis, observing challenges, implications, conflicts, contexts and innovations in order to verify this in the research if the BNCC provides an emancipation for the teaching of the Portuguese language
