Sequência Didática "O Planeta Terra" Para o Ensino de Astronomia e Astrofísica no Ensino Básico
Didactic sequence. Teaching Astronomy and Astrophysics. Experiment in Scientific Literacy.
We live in a world of constant technological change, and the creation of new solutions means that there is always material that professionals need to research and study if they want to stay on top. Based on this understanding, scientific initiation is a way to put students on the path of scientific research. Thus, the concern arising from the experience of teaching, which is based on the students' difficulties in understanding the content of the curriculum inserted in fundamental education I in relation to the sub-axis referring to astronomy and astrophysics, the objective of this work is to investigate the contribution of a sequence didactic "The Planet Earth" for teaching astronomy and astrophysics in basic education. To this end, it is also intended to analyze the contribution of studies on: “Plant Earth” and “Gravity” as problematizing elements of the aforementioned didactic sequence for teaching physics. Therefore, the approach to the problem of this research has qualitative characteristics, and the technical methods are participant research. A logbook, questionnaire with open questions, iconographic elements such as images, sounds and videos of related actions in the application stages were used as an information tool. With this, it can be emphasized that the activity provided contact with the basic skills of the scientific literacy process and scientific research attitudes. An extremely important fact is the application of the didactic sequence, which deals with the possibility of this product offering reflection and discussion on gender issues in science, so that in this way it makes students think about the effects of gravity on our planet, in everyday life. and in science.
