SUMMARY:

the present work proposes to carry out a comparative analysis of the thirteen municipalities of the integration region called municipalities of the integration region called low amazons in order to verify at the local level, the advances and setbacks in the implementation of the public policy of ecological icms after the methodological alteration of value measuremente to be passed on as an icms, implemented by state decree n 1.696/2017, which repealed decree n 775/2013, giving new regulation to state law n 7638/2012. the theoretical reference was applied in the interpretation of the data, using empirical and bibliographic analysis to define the concepts and legal nature.
