TRAUMA CARE LINE IN THE EMERGENCY AND EMERGENCY NETWORK IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTARÉM/PA: A LOOK AT THE REGULATION OF ACCESS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF INTEGRALITY

Brazilian Public Health, through the Unified Health System-SUS, encompasses primary care, medium and high complexity, emergency and emergency services, among others, based on the principles of universality, equity and integrality. Despite the national scenario, morbidity and mortality from external causes manifested by accidents and violence, which represent a high rate of pre-hospital care and hospital admissions due to trauma, according to preliminary analysis at the local level, draws attention. This study aims to "To analyse health care with a focus on regulating the care flows of the Trauma Care Line of the Emergency And Emergency Network, in the period from 2018 to 2021, in the municipality of Santarém/PA". The methodological path includes the collection of secondary, quantitative and descriptive data originating from hospitalization for external causes, with support of additional information from the network flow with the Internal Center for Regulation-NIR, Medical Records, Municipal Specialty Outpatient Clinic and Municipal Health Department-Semsa. It is estimated as results the systematization of information from the trauma care line, demonstrating and discussing access, regulation and care flows enabling the understanding of effectiveness from the point of view of integrality of care
