Public policies for the effectiveness of the human rights of rural worker women in the municipality of Belterra, Pará

The realization of human rights in the course of history came about through a process of great clashes, in which several nations were extinguished. Thus, some social groups because they belong to a class with greater vulnerability, seek guarantees in human rights, which, when classified as social rights, need the State to be consolidated, are called by the doctrine of rights of second dimension. In this perspective, the present research will explain public policies for the realization of the human rights of rural women workers in the Municipality of Belterra, Pará, aiming to map and analyze public policies aimed at the realization of human rights of second and its impacts on the lives of rural women workers in Belterra, Pará. The methodological proposal of the research is the descriptive one, with a qualitative approach, having as tools for data collection bibliographic research (theoretical study) and interview (research of field), the examination of interview data will be through Content Analysis. This research intends to answer the current public policies that aim to ensure the human rights of women in AMABELA? With the completion of this research, two products, both in the form of articles, to be published in different journals.
