RESUMO:

Family farming is characterized by long working hours, with activities that require great physical effort, climatic exposure, with the main characteristic of using family labor. This sector of the economy presents high risks of accidents at work, illnesses and deaths, women being the most prone, due to the accumulation of productive and reproductive functions, which end up overloading them, reflecting on their physical and mental health. Therefore, it is intended to identify the possible musculoskeletal complaints and postural changes presented by these women, correlating them to their multiple functions, in addition to investigating the impact on their quality of life. The research will be carried out with family farmers women over 18 years old, belonging to a community yet to be selected, who actively work in agriculture and jointly carry out domestic tasks. A postural assessment will be performed using photogrammetry, using the SAPO postural assessment program. Subsequently, an ergonomic and postural analysis will be carried out using photos and videos of the movements, instruments and postures adopted by these women in their agricultural and domestic activities. The quality of life assessment will be carried out through the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire and subjective assessment questionnaire prepared by the researchers. The identification of the intensity and region most affected by skeletal muscle pain will be detected by the Nordic musculoskeletal inventory and visual analog scale of pain. At the end of this research, it is expected to find correlations between postural changes and musculoskeletal pain with work and / or domestic activities practiced by these women and how much these changes impact their quality of life.
