This intervention research intends to investigate how the elements of the ecological microsystem of support - social project -, family and school interact to promote personal strengths in adolescents. For this, 35 teenagers between 12 and 14 years old, public school students and residents of the large area that comprises Residencial Salvação participate in the support project entitled Projeto Caminhar, based at the Dom Lino Vombommel Municipal School of Early Childhood and Elementary Education, located in the Novo Horizonte neighborhood, in the city from Santarém-PA. Data collection is carried out through instruments of perception of the strengths and vulnerabilities of the adolescents of themselves, of the relationships with their family, with the school and with the social project; focus group script and self-administered Values in Action (VIA) questionnaire. Data will be analyzed using the Discourse of the Collective Subject (DSC) methodology, descriptive statistics and Iramuteq software. Providing young people with self-knowledge and perception of their personal strengths and developments contributes significantly to their personal improvement and professional projection.
