SUMMARY:

The Modular Teaching Organization System (SOME) was implemented in 1980 in the State of Pará with the objective of filling educational gaps and guaranteeing access to Secondary Education for all who seek to improve the quality of life and training in rural regions of the state. state. Although SOME has been an educational public policy that presents several advantages for Education in the Pará Amazon, there are also challenges to be faced in relation to its use as a channel of access to the world of work, including digital inclusion. In view of the above, it is relevant to investigate the following problem: What are the challenges faced by SOME graduates from the Anã polo school regarding their insertion in the work world with digital inclusion and socio-environmental responsibility? Thus, the study aims to analyze the challenges of SOME public policy for the insertion of graduates of the pole school of Anã in the world of work from the digital inclusion with socio-environmental responsibility in the Amazonian context. As for the specific objectives, we propose to carry out a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on educational public policies for digital inclusion, SOME and studies of graduates; investigate SOME as a secondary education policy for insertion into the world of work; trace the academic-professional profile of SOME graduates from the Anã polo school and their insertion in the world of work in the digital age; diagnose the challenges faced by these graduates for their digital inclusion with socio-environmental responsibility; to verify the perception of these graduates in relation to the impacts of the SOME policy for their personal and professional development, committed to sustainability and the fight against climate change. The investigation is of a quali-quantitative nature, with bibliographical, documental and empirical research, involving the graduates of the school in question. The instruments to be adopted are: the questionnaire with mixed questions, applied directly to the target population of the study, in addition to the field diary and photographic records. The structure of the dissertation will follow the Scandinavian model, which is organized by texts written in the form of articles (published or unpublished on the object of study), distributed in sections and subsections. As for the results, we hope to highlight the challenges identified and propose strategies to overcome them, indicating possible directions due to the reality studied. It is worth highlighting the urgency of reviewing secondary education policy in the state of Pará, taking into account the digital age and contributing to the formation of citizens who are co-responsible for planetary sustainability and socio-environmental justice.
