RESUMO:

The pandemic and the need for social detachment meant that, in a few days, home office work became a matter of survival in companies and institutions. In Brazil, the novelty took many people by surprise, such as universities forced to adapt in haste. The main challenges in relation to remote work revolve around technology and the cultural issue. In the cultural aspect, Universities lack a satisfactory level of internal and external communication channels, and this limits the University Company relationship, those who produce knowledge and those who need to use it to generate business - innovations. The Technological Innovation Centers, have the function of identifying opportunities and promoting activities to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship, actions that are essential to bring together the actors that make up the triple Helix, University, Companies and Government. The applied research aims to establish an institutional communication channel to bring the Federal University of Western Para - Ufopa closer to society, proposing the use of a technological tool in the Podcast format. The research methodology involves a bibliographic base on the theme of innovation and the role of the NITs in the dissemination of the culture of innovation, this will serve to consolidate the action research in the creation and development of a media program, and to relate the case study to Ufopa; A pilot project to be adhered to by the University, bringing the Ufopa Technological Innovation Agency closer to the local and regional innovation ecosystem.
