In the context of waterway transport of passengers in the northern region, a mobile web application can provide numerous improvements for the various actors involved in this process. This work aimed to develop a system for buying and selling waterway tickets carried out in the northern region. The implementation process was followed according to premises preached by the scrum agile development methodology, using the multilateral business model. According to the first impressions obtained in the tests, in a development environment, the tool has great applicability in solving a large part of the problems experienced by the main actors in this sector, directly benefiting users and ship owners.
