PROPOSAL OF A VIRTUAL TECHNOLOGIC SHOWCASE FOR UFOPA: A USER EXPERIENCE BASED APPROACH

Virtual technologic showcases serve as an interactive interface between university and society, being essential that studies focus on understanding the target audience needs, in order to reach their goals effectively. This research has as its main objective to propose a virtual technologic showcase interface to UFOPA, based on user experience requirements. Therefore, three specific objectives have been stablished: identify and describe necessary characteristics and functionalities in a virtual technologic showcase, under the User Experience (UX Design) perspective; present and use a methodology to identify and get to know showcase users; and build a wireframe for UFOPA virtual technology showcase. For that UX Design methods were used, to mention: benchmarking; persona method; user story mapping, and wireframe. This way, the wireframe proposed on this paper gathers and introduces the interface basic requirements for UFOPA virtual technologic showcase, whose characteristics and functionalities are expected to effectively cooperate in the of technology transfer, with innovative functionalities, compared to virtual technology showcases that already exist in Brazil.
