SUMMARY:

The theme proposed in this master's project refers to the effectiveness of interferential current in chronic lowback pain. In this context, the question that guided this study was raised: Is interferential current effective to reduce chronic low back pain? The work proposes to carry out an investigative research on the effectiveness of medium frequency current in chronic low back pain. From a clinical point of view, it is justified by bringing the investigation of great relevance, especially in the performance of treatments that aim to improve the well-being of patients with chronic low back pain. The general objective of the present proposal is to evaluate whether the use of interferential current contributes to reducing chronic low back pain in patients who develop chronic low back pain. This is a randomized, single-blind clinical trial.
