SUMMARY:

Arboviruses have been a cause of great concern for public health across the planet, as they are viral infections, which are transmitted through the bite of arthropod, hematophagous vectors, which have great genetic plasticity and a high frequency of mutations. Arboviruses include Yellow Fever (YFV), Dengue (DENV), Chikungunya (CHIKV), Zika (ZIKV), Mayaro virus (MAYV) and Oropouche fever (OROV) viruses and, due to similar symptoms, in febrile syndromes they have been The Human Parvovirus (B19) was also investigated, its transmission occurs through respiratory droplets, and may present an asymptomatic state in apparently healthy individuals, being transmitted parenterally and especially through applications. Laboratory diagnoses of arbovirus infections can be carried out in two stages, through direct detection of the infectious agent, called the viremic phase, or through the detection of antibodies conducted against the virus, a stage called the immune phase. Molecular diagnostics, such as real-time PCR, are highly sensitive and specific, as they can reduce the incidence of cross-reactivity and identify pathogens at an early stage of the disease. Given the emergence and re-emergence of arboviruses in recent years and the indispensability of identifying and differentiating these viruses, research is focused on the effectiveness of molecular diagnosis, identification and differentiation of the virus, especially sensitivity, specificity, cross-reactivity rates and limits of detection, the aim of this study is to apply q-PCR to detect Arboviruses and Human Parvovirus, with the diagnosis of the etiological agent being fundamental for promoting prevention measures and knowledge of arboviruses incident in the region, fundamental for promoting the health of targeted and preventive way to complications that directly impact the Health System.
