COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATION POLICY IN THE MUNICIPAL SYSTEM OF BELTERRA: ANALYSIS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HISTORICAL-CRITICAL PEDAGOGY

The study entitled “Policy of integral education in the municipal system of Belterra: analysis from the perspective of historical-critical pedagogy, developed within the scope of the Postgraduate Program in Education in the Amazon/PGEDA, aims to analyze the process of construction of actions inducing Integral education in Belterra, considering its contradictions in the historical context of Brazilian public education policy in the period from 2009 to 2020. It analyzes the process of construction and composition of actions inducing integral education at the municipal level in Belterra, considering its contradictions in the context history of the public policy of Brazilian education, having as reference the historical-critical Pedagogy. As partial results, we infer that integral education is foreseen as a right, however, it is developed in the municipal system of Belterra as specific actions aimed at improving school results that contribute to human emancipation. We defend the thesis that integral education, in the omnilateral perspective, requires stable and sufficient sources of resources for its effectiveness. (under construction).
