Educational Public Policies. Comprehensive Education. School management.
Discussing and understanding Brazilian educational policy requires an effort to investigate and adjust the look to perceive and unveil the movements of this policy from the socioeconomic, political, cultural, educational and, why not, religious context in which we are immersed. Educational public policies seek actions in the field of education that enable the democratization, access and permanence of students in the Brazilian school system. It is the State implementing a government project through actions and programs aimed at a specific social aspect. They are prepared and developed in order to meet the demands arising from the organized society that claims its rights outside the scope of the State. In this sense, the research proposes to analyze the actions that induce comprehensive education in the municipality of Mojuí dos Campos (2013-2020) from the perspective of school management. The time frame was defined from the post-emancipation period, in 2013, until 2020, a specific delimitation period due to the recent political process that raised Mojuí dos Campos from a village to the category of municipality, a process completed in 2012 and, in In 2013, the municipality became independent from Santarém, to which it was linked in its aspects: political, social, cultural, economic and educational. The type of study proposed is of an analytical and descriptive nature and has a qualitative approach, anchored in bibliographic, documentary and field research whose instrument is the semi-structured interview. From the theoretical contribution we have: Hofling (2001); Rodrigues (2006); Saviani (2019) e Siqueira (2020), Antunes (2020); Arroyo (2012); Ávila e Jeffrey (2021); Colares e Colares (2022); Colares, Soares e Cardozo (2021); Dourado (2000); Gomes e Colares (2018); Luck (2011); Moll (2012); Oliveira (2002); Paro (2009); Sari (2015); Saviani (2014, 2020); Sousa e Melo (2015). With regard to documentary research, it is based on legal references produced by the federal, state and municipal governments that involve the researched theme. It is important to point out that the research was submitted to Plataforma Brasil and approved through the Consolidated Opinion of CEP nº 5.265.766. With regard to the treatment, analysis and interpretation of information, they should be analyzed in the light of Critical Historical Pedagogy - PHC, through categories that will emerge from the semi-structured interviews. The PHC allows us to analyze the municipality based on the foundations of the theory that makes it possible, from a unique context, to carry out the analysis with an expanded perception of society in order to identify, in addition to local particularities, its relations with a universal context that undergoes changes to from the reorganization of social structures.
