SUMMARY:

The thesis that is constructed is that the materialization of communities of a collaborative nature in spaces for teacher training, enable a more organic training with the professional teaching context, and consequently, an agency of teaching learning attuned to a reflective practice. Oliveira-Formosinho (2009, p. 227) observes that “theorizing and intervention and research around communities that facilitate organizational learning has become of great importance in the training of professionals today”. The motivation to follow this path came from the discussions of the Formazon Study and Research Group (Training of Teachers in the Pará Amazon). We recall that by the year 2021, the group had already published two studies on studies of the University-School dialogue in collaborative spaces. The results of the studies indicated and reinforced the need to create spaces for inter-institutional collaboration such as Collaborative Learning Communities for the qualification of teaching professional development. In this sense, the central question that this research seeks to answer is: What learning emerges from a community of practice from the confluence of experiences of teachers in training and teachers at the beginning of their careers, both trained in the Pedagogy course at the Federal University of Western Pará – Obidos Campus? The general objective of this research is: To understand which learning emerges from a Teacher Learning Community from the confluence of experiences of teachers in training and teachers in the beginning of their careers, both trained in the Pedagogy course at the Federal University of Western Pará – Campus Óbidos. The specific objectives were: To constitute a Community of Practice with professors in training and beginning of their careers at the university; analyze the formative implications of working with teaching cases in the community of practice; Understand how experiences in the community were relevant and transformative in the professional development process of the professionals involved. The theoreticalmethodological path of the investigation was guided by the qualitative approach of research in education. With bibliographical and field sources. It was constituted in an interpretative research in its objectives, made possible by the qualitative methods. With the epistemological assumptions of the Ecosystem Educational Paradigm. We will use the research with Narratives derived from logbooks, field notes and oral speeches. And we will use interviews. For the treatment and analysis of the data, we will proceed with the Discursive Textual Analysis. The research sources are based on bibliographic research - which will be expanded - with a theoretical framework based on Garcia (1999); Formosinho (2009), Formosinho and Niza (2009), Oliveira-Formosinho (2009), Fullan (2009), Canário (1999), Lave and Wenger (1991), Wenger (2001, 2009, 2013), Moraes (2021), Severino (2007) Guedin and Franco (2011), theses and dissertations, and legal documents. For field research, we constituted a Community of Practice in Óbidos, with the participation of seven students in the initial training of the Pedagogy Course, and four basic education teachers, at the beginning of their careers, formed by the Pedagogy course at the Universidade Federal do Oeste do Pará – Óbidos Campus. We noticed already in the first meetings of the community, the formative potential of the confluence of this meeting.
