OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES: contextualization of information and communication technologies in education in the Municipality of Juruti PA

It examines the senses and didactic possibilities through the use of the Open Educational Resources (OER), based on the contextualization of information and communication technologies in a primary school in the Paraense Amazon. It examines academic production on the subject in Brazil and other Portuguese-speaking countries. In the Northern Region, OERs assume specific characteristics due to the high level of infrastructure difficulties in the region and the deficiencies in teacher training and the culture of content use provided by educational networks, where textbooks stand out. The research comprises an educational policy study, which considers analyzing the cut of an educational experience of ICT policy in the Paraense Amazon. The study considering the objectives of an exploratory descriptive research will have methodological steps: (i) bibliographical research, to substantiate the theoretical part about the Open Educational Resources Movement in the international and national context, (ii) documentary research, based on official documents pertinent to object of study public policies in the area and reports of the extension project carried out in 2012 to 2013 in the Unit researched .; and (iii) production of the data obtained with the semi-structured questionnaire instruments and the making of records, to quote, the field diary, in an attempt to discover the real interests of the participants of the Unit. Research in general aims to bring discussions of OER, outside the axis of large cities, as well as new considerations for a digital inclusion and social logo in this region.
