Education; Educational Technologies. Remote Learning; Review study.
This research aims to understand the phenomenon of emergency remote teaching within the scope of Brazilian scientific knowledge, identifying the roles played by digital information and communication technologies (TDICs) in such proposals, in addition to reflecting on its limits and possibilities in the construction of education for the present and the future. This is a qualitative research (GIL, 2008), of a bibliographic nature with elements of a systematic literature review (OKOLI, 2019) and whose data analysis is anchored in the assumptions of content analysis (BARDIN, 2021). In order to understand emergency remote teaching, we opted for the cut that covers the academic knowledge produced and published on the subject in the Brazilian context between the years 2020 and 2022. In terms of theoretical foundation, the research dialogues with studies and authors from the fields of education, digital culture and its interfaces (NÓVOA, 2022; GATTI, 2020; SELWYN, 2011; 2013; FACER and SELWYN, 2021). At the moment, the study is in the stages dedicated to the organization and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
