PEDAGOGY OF ALTERNANCE AND THE RURAL FAMILY HOUSE IN BELTERRA: EXPERIENCES OF YOUNG GRADUATES

Rural Family House. Graduates. Technical Training Rural Education

The present study focuses on the issue of graduates of the Community School Casa Familiar Rural de Belterra

 - ECCFRB. Based on the readings and guidelines, we elaborated the following research question: In this sense, the

 following question is asked: What transformations have occurred with the graduates of the Community School

 Casa Familiar Rural de Belterra, considering the professional engagement of the graduates in rural properties and 

organizations?. This work will adopt as a theoretical-methodological option the qualitative approach, narrative, 

bibliographic research, documentary research and semi-structured interviews. This research has the general

 objective of understanding the process of professional technical training in the lives of rural youth who graduated

 from the Rural Family House Community School in Belterra/Pará. The theoretical framework brings with it the basis

 of studies from Gimonet (1979), Estevam (2003), Oliveira (2008) Castro (2011), Teixeira (2006), Puig Calvó 

(2002) among others. As preliminary results, it is expected to know the successful experiences, carried out by

 the subjects of the field or not, that can bring great reflections on the formative process developed by the CFR

 of Belterra, making it possible to know if in fact the school managed to articulate the formative process, in 

addition to understand the contributions of the training carried out at CFR, in the lives of young people, calling 

attention to the curricular proposal designed for rural education internalized by the Rural Family Houses. Thus, 

it is possible to answer the  problems and/or questions raised for this research.
